Planetaria Team

Two of the nation's most advanced planetariums and their producers have partnered with Interstellar Studios, with 'Imiloa as the lead planetarium, to produce a companion full dome program to this series. This collaboration will produce a visual experience of the history of the telescope that will be shown in planetaria throughout the country and the world. Free distribution of this program will be provided to hosting planetariums.

'Imiloa Astronomy Center of Hawaii
One of the world's newest planetariums
Presentations include a live sky lecture featuring the sky as viewed from Mauna Kea 'Imiloa Astronomy Center of Hawaii. Framed by a rich Polynesian tradition of exploration, 'Imiloa is Hawaii's premier facility for interpreting the deepest mysteries of the universe, being unraveled by the Maunakea observatories -- the world's largest and most important collection of telescopes. 'Imiloa inspires and educates, helping us to connect with our origins while we reach for the stars. It offers visitors an authentic Hawaiian journey through time and space, beginning with a simulated ascent up Maunakea.
